As of 2026, all TOVA Jewelry orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in McKinney, Texas, USA. Because orders are shipped from the United States, Canadian shipments may be subject to import duties, GST/HST/PST, brokerage fees, and other customs charges upon delivery. These charges are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders of $200 USD and $275 CAD or more after discounts to the continental United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. This offer applies to items purchased during a sale or with a discount code.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in McKinney, Texas, USA. We utilize trusted carriers, including UPS and USPS, to ensure your package is trackable and delivered safely.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During peak shopping periods and major promotions, processing times may be extended due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Schedule

TOVA Jewelry ships Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through UPS or USPS.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, TOVA Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, labor disruptions, government actions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address during checkout. TOVA Jewelry is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Shipping to Canada

As all orders now ship from the United States, Canadian shipments are considered international imports.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, GST/HST/PST, brokerage fees, customs processing fees, or other government-imposed charges upon arrival.

These fees are not included in your order total or shipping charges unless specifically stated at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Import duties and taxes are assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and may vary based on several factors, including:

  • The value of your order
  • The product classification
  • The country of origin of the merchandise
  • Current Canadian customs regulations and tariff policies

Because customs regulations and trade policies may change without notice, TOVA Jewelry cannot predict, estimate, or reimburse any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs-related charges that may apply to your shipment.

By placing an order for delivery to Canada, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import charges.

International Shipping

TOVA Jewelry ships worldwide.

For orders shipped outside the United States, duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, and any other import-related costs are not included in your purchase price or shipping charges unless otherwise stated. These fees are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

TOVA Jewelry is not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance procedures or import inspections.

Refused or Abandoned Shipments

If a shipment is refused, remains unclaimed, or is deemed abandoned by the shipping carrier or customs authorities, any return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, storage fees, disposal costs, or other expenses incurred by TOVA Jewelry will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We encourage customers to monitor their tracking information and promptly respond to any requests from the shipping carrier or customs authorities to help ensure successful delivery.
