Returns seem to have issues when an inferior product was delivered. On sept 2 I emailed and chat it now September 13 and no customer service or answers. Except website issues? The return protocol was followed exactly! When is someone finally going to provide me assistance?
The necklace looks amazing on, and bends just right around collar bones and shines like a beautiful aura around your neck. Love it, very classy looking and elegant either worn by itself or layered with other sparkling necklaces!

My cuff is jusr ok the stones are not straight and one of the stones is pealing its color off, i wore it 4 times so far and noticed it. Im pretty disappointed as this is not cheap jewelry.
