I ordered these earrings and unfortunately they were not included in my package. I have tried contacting Tova and they are saying package delivered so contact USPS. I did receive a package but the earrings were missing so only received 2 of 3 items. Called Tova and tried to speak to Jason. Left a message and followed up on email but still no response. I am very disappointed in the customer service and I am hoping I eventually get my earrings or they refund me.
