Return & Refund Policy

At TOVA Jewelry, we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to review our return policy carefully before placing your order.


Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your TOVA purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund within 10 days of the delivery confirmation date provided by the carrier.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Returns initiated after the 10-day refund window will not qualify for a refund.

However, if you request a return within 20 days of the delivery confirmation date, you will be eligible for store credit only.

Returns requested after 20 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund or store credit.


Final Sale Items

Items purchased from the Weekly Sample Sale, Sale section, or during any promotional event (including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, End of Summer, Labor Day, Black Friday, Boxing Day sales), or items purchased with a discount code or promotional offer, are considered FINAL SALE.

Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

Return Process

To initiate a return for orders placed at tovastore.com, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email returns@tovastore.com within 10 days of delivery confirmation. Include your order number (beginning with TS), the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging and include all tags.
  4. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the return to the address provided below and email the tracking number to returns@tovastore.com.

⚠️ Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization email. Returns not shipped within this timeframe will be void.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be authorized before being shipped.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and include all original packaging and tags.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
  • If we send an incorrect item or a damaged product, we will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement once the item is received and inspected.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Store credit will be issued via electronic gift card.


Shipping Origin & Cross-Border Returns Notice

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in McKinney, Texas, USA.

For Canadian customers, please note that orders are imported into Canada from the United States. As such, original shipping charges and any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges paid upon delivery are non-refundable, as these are collected by third-party carriers and Canadian customs authorities, not TOVA Jewelry.

We are unable to reimburse or recover any import-related fees charged by customs or carriers.


Refused or Returned Shipments

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to incorrect address, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect the shipment, any return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and carrier charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Repair Policy

If any TOVA jewelry item breaks within 30 days of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no charge, subject to material availability.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Lost items
  • Shipping costs associated with repairs or replacements

All defective items must be returned for inspection before a repair or replacement is issued.
