The ring broke into 2 pieces within the first 2 hours of wearing it. The place where the 2 bands we molded together came apart. I emailed customer service with zero response. Have tons of Tova and have always loved it and is great quality but this piece has changed my mind. Very disappointed in the customer service backing the products.
I was very pleased with the ring but also disappointed that the ring band had no clear way for how it was meant to be adjusted, and no instructions. As I was trying to figure it out, one of the gems on the ring broke off. Still waiting for product support.
